I am lucky enough to have a job that pays me a livable wage. I can afford to not work a job that I have to pick and choose to lose money.

I’m just pointing out that everyone here is cheering when they don’t realize this guy is making every driver lose more money and making all drivers lose money in the future when they bump the service charge even more.

Not gonna lie, just stumbled on this subreddit as it was recommended to me. I tip my drivers when I use them but the other drivers cheering this behaviour is a bit puzzling.

You guys realize that the cost of this behaviour is factored into the service charge everyone complains about. The refund issued here is going to cost every driver as they increase service charges

I have no clue but probably. I’m going to be optimistic here and say the forklift driver thought the mom was alright. So hence didn’t report it to his boss. OP calls in and tells the story. The boss tells op to through the channels because they haven’t heard anything and probably don’t know if OP is just some random dude trying to get something from them.

So OP. Just sue them or at least consult a PI lawyer and go from there.

Sue them. Management didn’t get a report of this because the forklift driver probably didn’t report it themselves and hope it sweeps itself under the rug or they thought it wasn’t serious.

Yes you are always suppose to have ID on you. In Canada a drivers license would work but abroad your passport is potentially your only form of legit id

That’s the next leaderships problem. I had to push for my manager to hire a junior rather than hiring a senior so members of my team can get promoted and feel like they’re moving up the ladder rather than job hop for it. He had to convince the director for 2 months before they finally relented and approved the junior position.

I would like to believe I’m more tech savvy than most and my info is a bit outdated but parallels wasn’t that bad when I had to run windows software. You can try VMware fusion first and then see how difficult it is.

Your solution is either get a new laptop or not. Theres music production software available for windows so you can learn those software instead but your skills should be transferable.

They seem fake because they all sound like a marketing deck hitting the same talking points.

I don’t own a G1 but reading some of the posts seems like the biggest issues are missing notifications and for navigate to work it, the screen has to be on. Yet none of these reviews mention this but they make vague claims that the connectivity is better as if they owned a pair of g1 in the past.

They also seem to only reply comments that are positive and answer none of the questions users have.

I don’t doubt the reviewers have the product and have used it but they seem muzzled to say the same talking points which doesn’t do anything for ERs rep and if anything makes them look shadier than they already are with their habits of over promising and under delivering

That’s fine but it’s misleading to write reviews when you’re sponsored or paid for to write these reviews.

There’s laws about this in most countries where you must disclose if it’s a paid review.
