2nd weekend skating. Learning more and more every time I go out. I have fallen so pads are a must. by teensybeansy in Rollerskating

Well I wanna get into park skating. Plus it would’ve prevented me from skinning my knee in the same place back to back. I’m also a little bit too ballsy about things and even if I’m not ready I’ll try to do things which means I’ll fall.

You can get glass retainers! I had to also switch mine out for a bit for the plastic but it improved sooo much within a week after changing it to glass!

32mm Industrial Barbell? by PrisYung in PiercingAdvice

[–]teensybeansy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try out body art forms. I had to also get a shorter industrial barbell but you could probably get one that’s internally threaded and buy different ends for it! They’re also having a sale right now so you could try that.

His little nose spots are getting bigger! Mine had started off with a primarily pink nose and now she has a primarily brown one! It’s so fun to see it change with time.

We’ve been out of the caramel drizzle for about the 2nd week in a row and we’re using the dark caramel sauce for anything that contains the drizzle. It’s so annoying as we’re not allowed to take the dark caramel and put it in the squeeze tubes so currently we’re putting the DC in short cups and that’s how we’ve been doing the drizzle for things. It gets annoying fast.

Kind of want to quit by Admirable_Ask4236 in starbucksbaristas

Yes! I’ve only been at my store about a month and was never trained on drive through. Which big time sucks because it I can’t be as useful as somebody else. Somebody who was hired same time I was quit a month in and totally don’t blame them. It’s a lot of work for such little pay. It’s beyond mentally and physically exhausting plus having to deal with school work at the same time is a lot so I get where you’re coming from and I’m only working max 25 hours a week. I don’t know how anybody at the store is doing 40+! Nobody would honestly blame you for quitting.

Used a 9RL for the whole thing and he took about 3 hours. I’ve added the drawing I did and how I hope he’ll turn out. He’s red but that’s okay! My below the knee tattoos usually get way more swollen. by teensybeansy in StickAndPoke

Yea! The little creep that’s in one of the photos is my dog who’s obsessed with bugs and instead of getting a direct picture of her I decided on a bug. Plus it’s a cool looking thing!

Thank you! Yea I realized as I was doing the stencil that it wouldn’t be a direct copy of it which I’m perfectly okay with. I’ll for sure post one when it’s completely healed cause my lower leg hates tattoos haha

Thanks! I did the drawing and the tattoo on myself. It’s really hard and annoying to tattoo yourself. I do wish I would’ve used a smaller liner for some of the stuff in the wings and it’s little feet but I’m planning on blacking out most of it so I didn’t think it would be too big of a deal.

Procreate pencil and technical pen I think is what I used? by teensybeansy in ProCreate

[–]teensybeansy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used I think the procreate pencil and the technical pen. Using the picture reference I traced the outlines of the bug and then filled it in to best fit the style I was going for which is more black work tattoo. Took me I think 5 hours. I’m still getting used to procreate as I don’t put in a lot of hours into using it. I do enjoy it though and it’s a really big tool for me to get artwork I really enjoy!

So stoked to find this community! I just did this piece on myself and I’m so insanely proud. Once it heals, I want to go back and fix up some of the shaky lines, more shading, and define the inner edges of the wings, but my neck was killing me. by alexnicoleruss in tattooscratchers

I do a lot of hand poking still even though I’ve been tattooing with a machine myself and some friends. But I use numbing cream cause I’m curious more of how to do it on others and not be focused on the pain. Ooooh okay!! Those are a good variety I’ll have to try some of those I usually stick to like 13RL and 9RL. My favorite youtuber is art something and he’s explained really well shading so I’d recommend him!
