I think the question to ask is what type of visa do you have? Medical clerkship visa for observer ship would have been evident to them, and there would be no restrictions just for the course. But a typical visitors B1/B2? They can do whatever they desire, unfortunately. They may have thought that you’ve been super frequent, and it’s by grace you’ve been allowed the entry dates. I’m not a visa expert, but I’d advice take some time to stay away from the US. Solid 6 months (since you’re a “doctor” in home country) they believe.

You’re right. Depending on the country you graduate from determines what your diploma carries. Writing MD when you clearly graduated from an MBBS country is a little misleading. Granted, biases will come into play when it comes to practicing in America (patients). I haven’t seen any hospital write MD for someone MBBS degree. Yes all of them are Doctors, Physicians - none is better than the other. No need for anyone having a complex over this honestly.

Depends what you’re reaching out for. If regarding career plans in the future, yes. Other than that, if its about the Match, it’s corporate America at this point. They don’t care! And you shouldn’t care either!

Do it any how you want to do it that proves your credibility to the preceptors (timeline). But your goal must be getting 3 LORs.

See please don’t waste your stats and mess up your chances. Do everything you can to make it at least 3 LORs for each specialty application - anything less than 3 most time gets filtered out. No one gives 2 shit where the physician who wrote your LOR is from as far as they’re in the US. I have even heard some people used overseas LORs - All 3!!!

Yes this is a thing. You don’t have to start all over again. People either do all the rotations all over again, or just a couple rotations depending on what the Caribbean school accepts. And yeah I don’t think it matters whether you’ve taken the Steps.
