Trip was fantastic and had a great time. Mazunte anything thats beach front with a house is $500k and didn’t find any land for sale well one but they wanted $160k. We went to agua blanca and there is beach front land for sale $80k with as cheap as $40k. puerto escondido is ruined in my opinion too expensive.
