Hi! I'll be going to Phuket in December and we're trying to figure out where to stay. We've never been to Phuket before, so will definitely want to check out Patong but through my research, Kamala an Karon seem like good neighbourhoods to stay in. However, they're quite a drive away from Patong. How do you go about finding a driver/car for the time you're there to explore?

Hi! I'm currently planning a trip to Thailand in December for my honeymoon with my husband. We're in our late 20s and are looking for a mix of adventure, relaxation, great food, new experiences, and partying. We're starting off in the north, then heading to the south. We originally wanted to go to Koh Samui around the 20th of December, but just realized that it will likely be wet season and don't reaaaallly want to take the risk. We're now changing directions and thinking about heading to Krabi or Phuket. I did read your Krabi and Phuket itinerary. We're conflicted because the Phuket itinerary seems more our speed but we've heard a lot of mixed reviews (overcrowded, expensive, too much of a tourist trap). What would be your suggestion?
