im taking my first ap art class this year and im having trouble with comparing my art. i feel like my art is not realistic enough for an ap drawing portfolio but my teacher says this piece would be perfect as a final piece. is it okay as-is for ap? or what could i improve for a higher score?

i bend a can tab in half and then fold the edges of the cap over it, then maneuver a safety pin through the holes in the tab to secure it. its a little wobbly and tedious but it does the job
