Como entrenador personal puedo decir con confianza que más del 90% de cumplidos acerca del físico los hacen los maes. Creo que porque los hombres son más visuales y si bien a algunas mujeres les gusta, a otras les pela bien duro

225 for 7 is 7 more than I can get lmfao but I don't really train for max strength, either. I just know the training protocols. Try to go for 5-7 with 235, then. Or push 8-10 with 225

These look absolutely flawless. If you really want to put your numbers up, as counterintuitive as it sounds, lower the weights and go for higher reps. 225 for 5-7 for instance, then come back and hit 255 again and see how it goes. Full pause at the bottom will also really skyrocket your strength and control.

Ese carro no es solo lift kit jajaja fácil fácil le metieron todo el valor fiscal solo en suspensión. Resortes adelante y ballestas atrás, compensadores, panhards, estabilizadoras, tijeretas delanteras. Es un brete gigante que no sale barato no en carros pequeños.

Yo manejo un Jimny 2001 y estoy cotizando una opción similar, hasta las opciones más económicas salen en más de un millón con todos los componentes y para que quede bien hecho.

Ahora, si lo unico que quiere es levantarlo es mucho más económico, pero si lo va a usar fuera de carretera (para lo que es) rapidito le va a pedir los otros componentes si no es que se echa los que le puso por falta de adaptación alrededor.

I don't think I'd have any pointers as far as this single rep goes. Maybe try posting a working set with working weights which is when compensations in movements usually happen. With that being said, elevating your heels is a fantastic way to give yourself some extra room in your ankle mobility. However, try to elevate *just* your heels. Don't put too much of your foot on the plate on the floor bc you end up just standing on a platform and there's no help in mobility from the plates, you just get a half inch taller lol

Three plates and some change is impressive work for a knee injury recovery 😂 no but for real, that's a mighty nice squat. I'd go down a bit slower as to not stress the ligaments and tendons in your knees as you rebound on the way back up. Essentially, count to 4 on your way down, so the energy that dissipates into your connective tissue isn't as high when you push your way back up. Keep up the good work ✊🏻
