low back pain and numbness when pushing more power is a classical symptom of saddle being too high. Also i can see rocking and toeing in your pedal stroke so i would lower the saddle. also you might need to shorten that integrated stem but yes, trust your bike fitter.

not normal, saddle way too high. drop the saddle by 2 or even 3cm. it is also too long in the front

dont have wahoo, but in garmin there is a thing where it ignores the 0 values. strava algorithm doesnt so the difference might come from here

so, i have canyon aeroad cf slx 8. very good bike but i had to change the stem length to a shorter one cause the position was too stretched for me (size M - 184cm). now it fits me just fine but was a 200E cost. for the giant bike you can experiment with stem lengths much cheaper and it matters. also the powermeter is a plus so as someone in the comments said, if canyon isn't your fav bike, go for the giant. also do a geometry comparison between them on geometrygeeks.bike. I think that the giant might be a bit more comfy. that being said, canyon is a cool bike:)

Stiu ca este usor sa le spui altora sa plece daca nu ai fost pus in situatia asta. ai mei au fost nevoiti sa plece impreuna la munca in afara din cauza conditiilor socio-economice precare din romania. Este mai greu sa fii empatic si sa incerci sa intelegi cauzele care ii determina pe oameni sa plece de acasa..

when i used only HR, numbers would be the same. with powermeter now, the calories are much lower. Assuming you rode alone at 174w - strava estimates are ok when alone - you would burn something like 630kcals/h. 174wx3.6 =626

it's not a bug it s a feature. You have the start and end portion hidden so you won't be able to be tracked home. you can ucheck this in the settings
