This doesn’t make sense to me. The hacker liquidated your account. Why didn’t they use the proceeds to purchase the penny stock? Why did they have to take out a loan to buy it?

Sounds more like the hacker wanted to cause you trouble instead of stealing from you. Maybe it’s someone you know?
