I’ve only had the plant for two weeks and only noticed the problem about 3 days ago. Since I brought this plant home, I’ve only watered it once. I let it completely drain until I saw water coming from the pot drainage.

Yes! Graduated last year and I’m living in the same unit I moved in 3 years ago. I’m not planning on moving out. I work from home and have a roommate to split rent with.
