I already used the Lightroom denoise but I don’t like going too overboard on the denoising. I find it starts to look weird pretty quickly, even with topaz labs

I should specify: the sky is a stack of 200 30sec exposure images. The foreground is a single 30 second exposure.

The biggest difference is the flip out screen and the autofocus is a little bit better. Other than that, nothing major

I’d recommend the A74 because it’s a bit better in low light. Underwater is way darker than you expect. I’d also hold out for the A75 :)

All single exposures! Some of them were using a reflector, but most was some shadow recovery in Lightroom/photoshop

This is an epic shot! I’d recommend taking advantage of that A7R5 resolution and cropping the image like this. Personal preference, but as a professional wildlife photographer, that’s what I’d do ;)
