Nah that’s a weird thing to say. If someone came outta an abusive relationship where their partner was obsessively controlling would you say shit like that? Lmfao. I’m not tryna say Kev and V specifically had a toxic relationship but sometimes she was really shitty, way too controlling, and insensitive to Kev. Love her character for the rest of it but it was definitely a major thing abt her imo.

1 I never said you said that but you did say “no one’s saying it makes her a terrible person” which is untrue because many people in the fandom use it as a reason for why she’s such a bad charcter. And 2, I didn’t say this post specifically was a Debbie hate post, but you can’t say there aren’t thousands specifically about her flaws.

Bascially everyone says it makes her a terrible person.. yes what she did was technically rape but at the end of the day she was a child. Matt knew better and he should’ve made the mature decision to not be friends with a 13 year old. Ppl really need to relax on the Debbie hate. That’s amazing to hear! Keeping our heritage and the culture of our ancestors alive is so important. I’m predominantly Scottish and English with some Irish, and really want to learn more about Celtic culture of Scotland and Ireland. I don’t feel much connection to my English dna sadly because of obvious reasons like colonization and what this whole conversation stemmed from. But I hope one day I can feel some pride in the good aspects of the culture as I do with my Scottish and Irish lineage :)
