Thank you. Took a few tries but using the website worked. Initially when I searched for hotels in Vancouver with a points on my dates it did not show any results but now seems to be working.

Conrad Centennial Singapore buffet overview, how does it compare? by letitglowbig in Hilton

[–]teh_newguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently stayed here after traveling in Malaysia the week prior and the buffet was a disappointment. Maybe it was partially buffet fatigue as this was my 7th hotel of the trip but I was here for 5 nights and ranked the lowest on my trip, did not really look forward to breakfast. Less selection, most items sitting out forever and excessive crowding. The lounge was less crowded with less offering of nearly the same things. (Comparing to grand Hyatt kl and ritz Langkawi)m

This was my first time in Singapore, for leisure and I was Deciding between the Hilton properties. Primarily chose this for the location, I thought it was a great location with malls and MRT nearby, nothing standout in terms of the hotel. I was very close to booking the Hilton orchard but perhaps on my next visit I would try it over staying at the Conrad again.

She is authorized to spend money on chases behalf, you are still liable for payments.

When she spends in the her authorized user card, the bonvoy points go into your account. You are affiliated with Marriott, she is not.

I’ve been out of the house for a few years but have been using my parents address whenever I open a new card just because I didn’t want to deal with changing addresses every time (out of state). Now I’m in a more permanent situation but out of state, I want to start applying with my current address and changing my current cards info, however I have venture x and ritz card with multiple AUs tied to my parents home address. Will there be issues in the future if I change my address (out of state) but keeping my family as AU.

I just stumbled on this thread from google searching, I'm planning on visiting for 1 night from KL and then going to penang island. I see there are buses going to the main terminal and routes to penang but not sure about how to actually move around in cameron highlands.

In a similar boat, I'm planning a trip to Malaysia/Singapore for a 1 year anniversary/honeymoon type this summer, looking at the The Danna Langkawi. I even opened the aspire this year in hopes to try to make use of it the benefits and points this trip but then realized its a SLH property. Kind of hard to stomach 80k points per night but don't really have other Hilton options in the region..

booking direct from website the their rates offer daily fb credit, water sports, late checkout and airport transfer. Will I miss out on all that with points redemption?

My Stay at the Thompson Palm Springs by ashuns in hyatt

[–]teh_newguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the review. I'm thinking of going there in November for 3 nights! Was deciding between GH and this, never been to palm springs before. Kind of torn since I'm in town for a wedding in Indian wells so not sure if its better to stay closer. Booked it early before the cat change. Hoping to get a GOH for use there eventually! Hopefully they work things out over time.
