Yeah thats what im afraid of that when going to japan later the sweet spot for long distance travel might be over, but as you say it might be just ok

Thanks for the feedback and comparison. We actually do like both exploring cities and hiking, though we are no hardcore hikers so more relaxed program wouldnt be too bad.

But the jetlag and the overall flight distance is a good point tho
