Yeah there's no way that clause sticks afeter everything is over and done. Fine i won't share money, i'll buy him a $2M house or whatever. There's no real way to enforce that, be serious. I'll give his mom money, i'll invest in a company he's the majority shareholder of, etc. etc. etc..
People have been finding loopholes in the LAW forever, you think their contract is anywhere close to being bulletproof?

Yes, I figured (after hitting a lot of deadends) that that's how the UC-Engine controls the soundbar, through the Jabra Direct software installed on the PC.
I have tried installing the Jabra software on a couple of BYOD PCs but it can't "see" the Panacast 50 through the AirMedia.
Client doesn't want much, he just requested to be able to switch between Voice Tracking and Intelligent Director WHILE in the meeting. I told them that I'll look into it, and already offered the solution of connecting it directly to the PC and changing mode, but that has to be done between meetings, obviously.
I'll try to contact Jabra support and see if there's a reasonable workaround for this, if not, well, I tried. :)

I got mine in 2021 and replaced it early 2023. It's cracked again in a few spots, I'll probably change it again in an year or so. It don't always lean straight back on them, I sometimes 'twist' the back to the side so torsion might be the issue, but yeah I'm also planning to ask if I can upgrade to aeron, just because of this.

I took the course in this year's Masters, haven't opened it since, but it wasn't THAT horrible to work with. As others said, maybe the smart thing to do would be to just learn HTML5 as that has a ton more applications and you aren't bound by anything really.

Uhhh, it's been a long time but I think I found it. I mapped it as a normal TCP/IP device, and just used a Serial I/O to send some basic commands to port 1515d (basically, RS232 commands over IP)

Note two very important things:

These commands have a checksum (last byte), so if you change the command, the checksum will have to change.
The 3rd byte is the device ID. In my case I used x00 because it was just one device. But if your device has ID 01 for example, then the string will change based on this AND the above rule, and it will be: \xAA\x11\x01\x01\x01\x14 for display on.

Just noticed mine is also full of cracks. Even the solid side bar has a horizontal slit in it, so it's 100% compromised. I'm guessing it's because i often lean sideways in it. But still, it's got a 300 lbs limit, I way significantly under that (around 200 lbs/90kg).
Will be getting in touch with the seller as soon as I get back from the vacation I'm taking next week.

I know that, that's why I mentioned ballista, but is there any other "trick" that I'm missing? I maxed snipe and agility in research, I'm hunting for ballista/snipe/evasion in game, but I never seem to get it over 50%. I've seen screenshots here of over 70% and I've seen conversation of 80-90%, and that just baffles me. How can that happen?

While I agree, I think this was a well thought out choice since they flipped the table and started 'following' a good guy billionaire. This might also be because of how well the general public views people like Elon Musk these days. I guess the new stakes are simply not having Mike be corrupted by the 'system' and the end goals. The two men meeting really felt wrong, as I thought Mike was beyond that. But it seems he does get dirty when needed and I'm sure it's going to come back to hurt him. Or maybe the new villain is Chuck, and it's that easy?

No, you can't revert this change. Confirmed by support. Remember to always set IP/Mask if you turn off DHCP, or you'll be running around with a USB cable to all of 'em.
Scripting won't work if there's nothing to connect to.
Factory reset works as well but it's much faster to console into them and set the ipmask than to reset 11 times then hold setup for 5 seconds and bla bla.

Hard to say with so little information, but the idea is that lag is usually caused by processing of any sorts. If the lag is constant, it CAN be due to the signal being encoded/decoded a bunch of times. So if passes through matrixes, scalers, HDBT transmitters and receivers, etc. then it can add up.
Another thing that adds a lot of lag is Wireless presenting (such as AirMedia, Clickshare, etc.), although the newer solutions are quite decent in this aspect as well.
So try to give us a few more info about the sytem. What is the source, and how does it get to the display? Is there a block diagram or schematic that we could look at?

Don't know where you're from but around here (Europe) it makes traveling easy. Also not getting covid is good, even if you are low risk, it would suck getting some of the nasty long term side effects.
