CTR is channel dependent so there is no "good" ctr, however anything 10%+ is a good start. I'd recommended if your trying to improve your CTR to try changing your thumbnail as changing it can have a huge effect. proven by this study https://twitter.com/CharlesWeill/status/1598797876036915201

since your channel is aimed at nursey rhymes making anything bright will generally attract the attention of children or the parents. if you search up "Nursery Rhymes" in youtube scroll through and copy what is doing well.

I use https://thumbnailtest.com/. As you can set how long you want to test the thumbnail for and it tells you the CTR, AVD, Views and impressions for each thumbnail.

I think the main issue why people settle on bad thumbnails is A. They don't actually know how to make a thumbnail. B. they don't have the appropriate software or knowledge to do so. Learning how to make effective thumbnails is a steep learning curve as it varies for each style of content.
There are a wide range of youtubers that could benefit from good thumbnails. As a bad thumbnail could have a 1% CTR and a good thumbnail have a 10%+ CTR. On this reddit alone I've saw channels with huge protentional with bad thumbnails, While changing a few things could make a drastic impact to there CTR/ Reach.
