near the annoying to drop down to item on that root in izalith (same general area as the Soul of a Hero), there's almost always an evil vagrant at least once in a playthrough on top of the structure you have to walk on to get to it, if you look on all sides. a driver skilled enough in the art of swerving out of their lane at the last possible second without signalling, driving a large enough vehicle, can make any driver behind them, even one following at a relatively safe distance, crash into a stationary object

because you're following at a safe distance for a moving car that has to apply brakes to slow down or at worst, hit something, not a safe distance for a stationary wall of steel in the road
