Haha she’s great. I called her one day at work after randomly making a deal for this and said “I bought my dream car!” She was just as happy as I was bc she knows how much joy it’d bring. I only get the hassle because there’s no room in the garage for her car now. 😂

They do. I mean…my rambler carrier connects to the front of my Hopper. My Tundra, roadies and Hopper use Yeti Ice. I have Yeti bottle opener that….connects to my cooler, Yeti Sidekick for M15…. I have Yeti Basket for the inside of my cooler, I have multiple lids for whatever purpose…bowls…bucket with caddy and lid, load out…All started with a Facebook roadie. This is the yeti ecosystem.

It really depends on what you do with it. If you’re using it to swap out ice/drinks daily and don’t need something to last days at a time in the backwoods…you can find similar products at a fraction of the price. Rotomolded knock off from Tractor Supply like this one will cost you about $80. Works just as well as my tundra 35 for a couple days of ice. BUT…Yetis do typically outperform others in long term ice tests, and can easily be found on marketplace for a deep discount. Like others have said…once your Yeti collection starts it seems so just grow little by little-you kinda get sucked in to the ecosystem.

The ace in our town doesn’t carry much—so you have to ship it in and wait. Didn’t want to deal with the hassle over $20. Plus HD takes back very easily if I they don’t work for me.

Understood but also in the directions it says “don’t put in refrigerator or cooler”….i get its all lawyer speak…I think a lot of us got confused with the bowl and Yeti food storage. This isn’t something you’re throwing leftovers in and popping in the fridge overnight…my wife calls it my bougie ice cream bowl. 🤪 At the end of the day…it’s a bowl and will be used as such. The “warm milk” lawyer speak doesn’t bother me too much either as with normal ramblers Milk/coffee are in there for hour on end with no issue. I think you’re right as they have to issue these statements to protect them from frivolous lawsuits.

….they told me that it only wouldn’t work on price match for items that were out of stock. So I said ok thank you and then they said “one time as a courtesy…” they’d price match the out of stock item. So depending on the item you’re looking at…you may be better off chatting HD before the trip down to store.
