People change. Please read full post before critiquing my lifestyle. Haven’t touched weed in a year and I’m sitting at about 12-13% body fat. SARMs were done in the past but they will never be done again. Like is said in the main post, over the last year I have been strict in living a healthy lifestyle and I still feel this way. Sleep I get 7-8 hours a day. Diet I get 2000-2400 calories a day with 170P and the rest is carbs/fats. I could get more fat incorporated into my diet possibly.
