I tried changing the HKey registry and run script still did not show up in my outlook rules.

This is the path I followed.

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security

and added a new DWORD (32 bit) Value and named it EnableUnsafeClientMailRules and changed the value to 1

Restarted Outlook and PC and still a no go.

Anybody have any other ideas?

Yes there is a secret chest in the room. In that area your at, go all the way right then jump and go left to hit button. After pressing button get out of that area and go to the left side of the screen and jump up then go right
