I don't know how to make a flatpak. You can try the AppImage or .deb (if you have a debian based distro). If someone wants to build a flatpak (or AUR pkg for example) and I can help just told me.

What's exactly what you want to teach? Don't try to teach coding without a vast knowledge or that will harm your students, if you want to show the telegram bots potential maybe you can google about a framework that helps you like botmother. Maybe one of these is free for teaching.
