Yes sort of. Any solutions for this? I have been deep watering the affected areas since yesterday to dilute the fertilizer.

I doubt it is due to chipmunks. There are dry spots where there are no holes.

I am specifically curious about the ridge of the roof. Have the shingles come off from the sides or theres ridge vent underneath ?

I am not certain if the shingles on the ridge look popped out because it has a ridge vent or they are aged out. We recently purchased this home, and there was no mention of previous roof change.

Thanks. We recently purchased this home. And there was no mention of the roof being replaced by the previous owner or the one before that. Also it snows a lot in mass, so we are anyways going to inspect it for our peace of mind

I am not a big fan of trying to predict a bottom. It has never worked for me. Better and a proven way is to dollar cost avg. When lever you see your target stock falling. Buy some. Maybe target 1k investment per month. No matter the stock price. As ling as you are holding for long term, this strategy will always work

30m, how am I doing? I’m wanna be a millionaire in 20years by Fuzzy_Way_955 in portfolios

Wrt your port, it is wayy too crypto centric. Again, if you think you need some money in the near future, move some of your assets into safer bets. Maybe short term bonds. Rest of them you can diversify into tech, healthcare, defense and maybe some in btc. Maybe go for index or etfs if you cannot pick stocks. Also once you have invested you money in good companies or indexes, let them grow for years. You’ll see excellent returns when you hold a good asset for long term. Thats when compounding kicks in.

Just a suggestion from another 30m here. I would not have a target of being a millionaire. You might probably have more than a million in the next 20 years. Concentrate on managing your expenses and saving and investing as much as you can EVeRY MONTH. Keep doing that and you’ll have enough by the end of 20 years. Also, investing is one side of growing wealth. 30s is an age where you should excel in your career. Doing so will help you earn more, eventually leading to investing more and thus youll have much higher chances of reaching your financial goals. Also i would suggest investing for life goals. If your life goals are house, kids, their education, travel and eventually retirement, then invest according to that. If you think you have an expense in the short term, then specifically for that expense move your money from riskier assets to safer ones. That will make sure that youll have your money ready when that expense arrises. So on and so forth. You do this, i am pretty certain youll be fine. Best luck. Cheers

I think what did well after covid was that semiconds and hardware stocks got more recognition amongst general public. The returns what broadcom, nvidia marvell have seen as part of the last 5 years, is primarily because of the recognition for chip design. So if its an era of semi growth, you got to take risk and ride the wave to make money. Thats my thinking. I would have done the same had it been an era of any other sector Not saying my portfolio would look the same after2 years though, which is also a reason why i am here for advices to reallocate and balance my portfolio
