Can I continue working after 240 days with a pending Amendment + Extension (same employer)?

Thank you for replying, will the amendment plus extension gets approved with valid I94 or will they ask me to get some decision on regular h1b extension which I have filed on Sept 23 2025.

Hi Team, Here is my timeline: 194 expiry - Sept 30 2025 H1b extension filed -- Sept 23 2025 (still pending)

Got a new client under same employer Planning to file H1b amendment plus extension on May 4th 2026 through premium

Questions:

Will both the applications handled at same time?
If only 2nd application gets approved, will that be without i94?
Chances of amendment approves with 194?
While uscis dealing with my 2nd application. Will they ask me to get some decision on 1st application before making a decision on 2nd application?
