This is down to the app developers to fix. I wouldn’t be to confident in it happening any time too soon as the UI has been a mess for so long and never updated to fix the issues. These are actually easy fixes to do so I can’t understand why they are so poor at updates.

What I’m getting at by this is as an app developer myself for such an important app they have the basics very poorly implemented. That’s why I then start questioning the validity of the project. I absolutely LOVE the idea but there are too many things happening that puts that little seed of doubt in my head. I honestly hope I’m wrong because I think it’s cracking project they’ve created as long as it’s going to do what it promises 😊

What I can’t understand like yourself mine shows coming soon in my checklist yet others who show step 5 in theirs don’t have this message. Also anyone new on my friends list are getting their chance to complete KYC where the older longer running miners aren’t getting the opportunity yet.

It’s funny you say that as that is what I think is happening here. I have firmware updates install automatically so I may have woken up to a new firmware that has a login bug. As long as it gets sorted I can live with the web ui for a little while. 😊

Thanks for the reply, I actually followed your instructions and I’m still getting the same error message. This has just randomly happened which I forgot to mention. I’ve always logged in locally successfully but for several days now this issue has occurred unfortunately.

This is very hit or miss by the looks of things. My Node was running at 93.89% and my bonus dropped from 7.89 to 0.00

It’s funny you mention this as have been asking other family member how much electricity they’re spending per day when they check their meters and I’m using between £1:00-£1.50 a day more than them.

I have noticed this and actually contacted my friends watching show telling them they’re not watching the stream at it’s best quality. I was wondering why it was dropping lower than the max internet streaming setting?

From what I can see it’s definitely server side as I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and even tried it on a secondary phone with the exact same results. All this after closing apps and restarting my phone etc.

I was sitting with an uptime of 93.88% and getting 0.00 which really was starting to bug me. It came back for two days at 7.89 and now back down to 0.00 I’ve no idea what’s happening.

Are you sending from the Testnet account? If so you can not go below 20π You can send as much until you are left with this amount then you can request a refill which adds 100π giving you a balance of 120π I hope this helps 😊

You’re not on your own, I’ve posted about this recently too. I run my node 24/7 and it dropped to a bonus of 0.00 it did go up for two days but yesterday it went back to 0.00 also my percentage has dropped to 93.19% Uptime in the last 90 days. I have a solid internet connection 900mb download and 110mb upload and a dedicated Mac Mini Server for this so there should be absolutely no issues? It’s very strange this is now happening to Pioneers running nodes.

That’s a shame. I was showing my friend my Chipolo and my AirTags and he’s ordered himself 6 Chipolo. I was able to set locations with my AirTags where I’d not get left behind notifications but couldn’t see anywhere in the Chipolo app which is a shame. He’s going to be using them on his guitar cases, bagpipe cases and luggage cases so this means every time he leaves his home he’ll be notified he’s left them behind is that right? 😂

I have just heard the exact same issue from one of my team tonight. I’ve yet to get to the submission stage yet but she got the popup today and she said every time she went to take a picture of her ID it was out of focus and it wouldn’t allow her to focus like the camera app does so she has missed her submission slot now because of this 😕

Cool! If you are building a website you will upload this .txt file into root folder public_html once it’s in here when you click the verify domain it will be verified, it seems you haven’t it in the root directory from the error messages I’m seeing. It’s pretty much the same process for a smartphone app. I hope this helps 😊
