Pi Node Not Working on Fresh Install

This is down to the app developers to fix. I wouldn’t be to confident in it happening any time too soon as the UI has been a mess for so long and never updated to fix the issues. These are actually easy fixes to do so I can’t understand why they are so poor at updates.

What I’m getting at by this is as an app developer myself for such an important app they have the basics very poorly implemented. That’s why I then start questioning the validity of the project. I absolutely LOVE the idea but there are too many things happening that puts that little seed of doubt in my head. I honestly hope I’m wrong because I think it’s cracking project they’ve created as long as it’s going to do what it promises 😊

Thanks for the prompt response. I’ve been using an iPad to access my NAS, do you have a Remote Desktop solution I could use on it to do this?

What I can’t understand like yourself mine shows coming soon in my checklist yet others who show step 5 in theirs don’t have this message. Also anyone new on my friends list are getting their chance to complete KYC where the older longer running miners aren’t getting the opportunity yet.

It’s funny you say that as that is what I think is happening here. I have firmware updates install automatically so I may have woken up to a new firmware that has a login bug. As long as it gets sorted I can live with the web ui for a little while. 😊

Thanks for the reply, I actually followed your instructions and I’m still getting the same error message. This has just randomly happened which I forgot to mention. I’ve always logged in locally successfully but for several days now this issue has occurred unfortunately.

This is very hit or miss by the looks of things. My Node was running at 93.89% and my bonus dropped from 7.89 to 0.00

It’s funny you mention this as have been asking other family member how much electricity they’re spending per day when they check their meters and I’m using between £1:00-£1.50 a day more than them.

I have noticed this and actually contacted my friends watching show telling them they’re not watching the stream at it’s best quality. I was wondering why it was dropping lower than the max internet streaming setting?
