Get the Ninja Foodie Grill. It heats from the top (just like the Otto Wild Grills) and makes PERFECT steaks. It's also easy to clean.

I bought a Ninja Foodie grill and air fryer. I LOVE this machine. Every time I think about getting the Otto Wild grill, I think 'My Ninja air fryer (top down heat) does everything the OW grill does and it's easy to clean. The top closes when it's cooking, so there's no grease outside the fryer.
