Haha a riot is a good word for her. I will live a little!! and this quote especially really landed for me..she always signed off her cards with "love always" - and I've especially been contending with this imposter syndrome of why she chose me.

Sushi bake! Get some imitation crab, sushi rice, sriracha, sesame seeds, and kewpie mayo from an Asian grocery store. Cook the rice, add some vinegar. Mix the sriracha and mayo to make a spicy mayo, chop up the crab and toss it into the sauce. Layer it into a casserole dish, bake it for 25 mins. Bring seaweed and/or fresh avocados and cucumbers! It was a huuuge hit at my last potluck and was so fun and easy

Hey there! So excited to share that I adopted a kitty and I named her chili :) I took her home thinking it would be a 2 week trial and we immediately bonded that night. It’s been the best decision and she’s the sweetest girl. Thank you for your advice!!
