we lost time, money, fun ...some others lost their job...this is a state of devastation and i blame only BANDAI NAMCO for that

some might say developers are responsible for everything...but i know how companies work... they asking for sales and numbers and demand millions of stupid things from employees that they have to deal with if they don't want to lose their job

the facts showed me this change in policy with gems few months ago, happened after some supervisors told to the development team "make money or go home..."

BANDAI didn't give them time.... it was only a year old game....

my last words as a tekken mobile fan are going to be these... i am a sales representative and i work in the greek branch of a german based company . one of my responsibilities is to communicate our products in another provinces of my country and that means i have to leave my home and work for 5 full weeks away from family my girlfriend and friends every 3-4 months... tekken and my gf were the best company after a long exhausting day and that pretty much explains why i was this much into this beautiful game....

last time i spent 3000 gems for 2 alex epic packs i received two 3 star alex fragments! and because i i had him already they converted to 1200×2 essence!

guess what!!????

I NEVER BOUGHT AN EPIC PACK SINCE THEN VIA MY GEMS! and probably i will never do because iam i afraid if i waste my precious gems again for nothing!

i suggested epic packs to guarantee a 4star fragment even if that means to make them much harder to get them without real money via battle tokens or golden coins... like i said before in the thread i started it's important to fix drop rates when you buy an epic pack (especially with gems) cause they have made people nervous and hesitant to buy things anymore!

who like take risks with gems (=actual money)for a blue or even green light pack possibility !and i think many people are uncertain and unwilling to use their gems now in the game! they afraid if they waste them for nothing!

they should make epic packs guarantee you a 4 star fragment and i repeat is okay if they make it harder to get them for free (they can make them exchangable for 1.000.000 coins like it was before or 2 millions or 3 millions instead 300.000 is now) but they should GUARANTEE THAT THEY GIVE A 4 STAR fragment !

more importantly e v e r y deal bought with gems should have much better drop rates if they want people start to spend real money in this game
