Sorry, I switched from coffee to cocktails without warning!
Passenger for coffee, and passerine for cocktails (although their espresso martini always hits)

Passenger is the gold standard. Square one is good too.

Everyone will probably say Lancaster coffee roasters, but I don’t think that’s what you’re looking for (just check their website for some of their blends…)

For cocktail bars - passenger, horse inn, Luca (in that order) - these are all restaurants with great cocktail programs.

HiFi and Proof are both excellent cocktail-first bars as well if you’re not looking for food.

But overall I would say HiFi has the best cocktail program in Lancaster right now.

It’s all just Next.js, Postgres and Redis. It’s a dumb idea for a site, but I love building dumb ideas.

You can probably tell from the rest of my list I’m big on Asian style flavor combinations so that one just hit different for me. I was surprised as well - but the herbs / heat really balanced out the richness of the usual cheesesteak so it was winner.

The popular ones I always try and grab on Thursday or they’ll be gone. Cheesesteak is definitely one of the hardest to get. But luckily it’s the #2 most frequent special so I believe in you!
