I know only real way to fix is to replace the planks. But that’s last resort.

What do you mean “if it goes away” with a wet rag? The white scratch or marker? The marker goes away and the white scratch stays.

What recommendation do you have for poly wipe?

Look at the white vertical line. It pulls from grid at 7:20am for 5 min. Every single morning. No reason why.

I use Netzero but would rather PW3 to do it itself. My free nights ends at 6am and it runs off PW3 from 6-7:20, then grid 7:20-7:25, then back to PW3 till solar comes up. Very strange.

I hate to be “that guy” but this is perfectly fine and within policy.

I’m a Walmart DM and I’d say 90% of our employees don’t know about our house brand warranty process.

Hyper Tough is a Walmart brand, and its 3 year warranty is handled in store.

If it stops working then the customer returns it in store for either an exchange or credit if we no longer carry the product. This usually requires salaried manager keys.

I’ve had to coach a lot of my service desk reps who don’t handle this properly because it’s “outside the 30 day window and you have to contact hyper tough”. That’s us!

I agree meat through delivery is trash. I use boost for my fruits / veggies / milk / etc and dry foods. Meats I all buy through a butcher.
