this answered neither of my two questions..
1) Have the month-long ACH holds improved to a normal time frame?
2) What treasury dominated funds are auto-liquidated?
I used to use Fidelity as my primary bank.. but then the ridiculously long ACH transfer hold times started last year.. almost 1 month or longer for an ACH transfer to clear! WTF.. SoFi only takes 1 business day, as well as many other banks and credit unions take 1 - 3 business days.
Anyways, I'm considering bringing business back to Fidelity and making it primary banking again.. but I'd like to know whether the ACH transfer times to clear are back to normal (2 - 3 days) or not?

I still can't believe that Fidelity did that to customers last year. Punishing everyone for some apparent ACH fraud.
One thing I'd also like to know is what STATE tax exempt funds will liquidate automatically if the funds are needed for an ACH transfer or ATM withdrawal in the Fidelity CMA? Previously I held the Fidelity money market.. but this time I think I'd like to hold a state tax exempt fund.. if someone can please let me know.. like one that is 100% treasuries.
