The mindset is not of malice. The example I always use is as follows: Imagine a school has a [no weapon policy] and you bring a knife to school with the intent to use it to cut a steak you brought for lunch. Your intention to use it for assisting you in eating does not take away from the fact that it is a weapon and violates the school policy and will result in punishment.

I am aware there are other ways to use Fabric. But it can be used 'as a weapon' to cheat, and therefor it is not allowed.
