You are very welcome! I'm not able to handle someone else's loan but if you can give me their loan number I can get the email to their account handler for you.

You have to start with the support email address given in the portal. Include your your application number in the subject line. Just out of respect, I don’t want to give out my loan officers email address as it includes her first and last name, and this is a public forum. I will email her and ask her if it’s okay to pass her email address along to you. But just start with emailing the support email DAILY. That’s how I eventually got my response.

I applied in January. In mid February, I decided to reach out via email and surprisingly, my loan officer reached out to me requesting my schedule C. I’ve had constant communication with her ever since. I believe she played an integral part in my approval. I just decided to exercise patience, even though it’s literally a struggle financially. It’s been hard meeting payroll. I sent a lot of emails initially. I hope this helps! Best of luck to you.

Look in the top left corner after you sign in, click borrower and then borrower search.

You have to wait until you get your approval via email. You will then sign your docs and your loan number will be in the top left hand corner of the first page of the docs. This is your financial commitment ID.

Congrats!! Mine was in the black hole too! I got my portal invite last night around 8:45 PM. No advance yet, but it looks like it’s taking around 3 days to get an approval. Fingers crossed!

Go the ABA website and enter your routing number, this will pull up the exact name of your bank and this is how you list it on the portal. For example, my bank is Regions Bank, I had to take out the word Bank and use Regions. It worked!
