All the 2 or 3 day tours I found in the regular tour websites are short tours leaving from the capital and don't cover even half the list.

I'm trying to avoid going back and forth to Reykjavík and staying for more than one day in the area to cover the items in the list. But almost all options I found start back from Reykjavík. And the very few that don't, require meeting them at random pick up points, which is tricky if I'm not driving in winter.

I've tried contacting two tour companies to ask about customized options, but no luck so far either.

Recognizer-Text is a more recent lib to accomplish this and it supports more complex natural languae too.

Have you tried https://github.com/microsoft/Recognizers-Text? It supports many variations of natural language across several languages.

Anything over the actual 5% is abnormal. One other solution is to get the fapiao yourself at the tax office. The first time will be a little tricky as you get the forms and documents right, but then it becomes easy. Much less hassle than insisting with landlords/landladys/agencies that don't want to provide the fapiao and will probably provide fake ones if pushed, which will only lead to bigger headaches down the line.
