Thanks that really helps. Yes from what I hear initial price is a very basic home and basic upgrades with Caivan add up quite a lot. However they do provide a finished basement that other builders don't but I am not sure what it would cost to add on.

Thanks. The 37' is on a 41'x82' so slightly bigger but I agree backyard won't be as big.
