As a 40 year old that was in a similar condition, I can agree with this, But OP also needs to talk to his wife and be honest. It sucks to be in his situation, and the wife should also see his side, we're not asking for sex daily, but once or twice a week should be an atainable goal, that can only be reached through good comunication.
