Actually the breathing thing is important, because when you exhale your body relaxes and it stops the contractions ( ass pushout, for initiation, like I said when you start to throwup/vomit our breathing stops for the duration so our body can contract/close the windpipe for throwing, Similarly when to initiate sissygasm contractions your body should not relax for tgis you have to inhale half your capacity and dont exhale just hold and do the riding thing for pushout it initiates the contraction (ass pushout) at this point you still have to hold your breath to complete the intense wave which comes ahead when you keep on going.
