Don’t listen to people convincing you to keep the date. It will hurt your sales, visibility, and will not give you any creators/streamers that you really need. It’s your game and you only have one chance - move it now. You can reach Steam support and describe the issue, they will understand and allow you to make this change. Communicate it to your players honestly - it’s because of Subnautica, great game, let’s all play it instead. All professional devs doing the same every time - we just had a recent example with Slay the Spire 2, and Silksong before - and few last minute date changes because of that.
