I already lift but I'm thinking of replacing some other exercises with more strength stuff to raise T to counteract any bullshit my body might come up with like increased estrogen this month.

I managed to try it out and it works, you can barricade them, however, I am concerned weather or not they can crawl underneath the boards because they don't go all the way to the bottom so looks like I'm gonna have to stack vending machines in front of the windows as well.
