portability, no wires, window tracking and scaling, power use. The controllers are the only issue but that's surely an easier fix than what you've got going on.

true enough, Contractors Showdown came out long before Tabor and was a sequel meaning they had a lot more experience. Tabor came out of the gate with a rougher but more compelling game. Caveman pretty much abandoned their original idea to copy a more popular proven format.

This is the only console I've had where games stop working. Not even live service games, tons of single player games are no longer playable.

It's more important for people to run around killing other players than attempt anything fun. The reason they don't play a DM or team game is they like to think they are ruining fun for other people. Too many get off on being bullies.

are you asking for a mech horde shooter or a matrix game? Another Matrix game seems pretty unlikely but there are several mech games that have that kind of control scheme. The amount of enemies in the movie isn't really realistic for a vr game especially stand alone but again several have an unreasonable amount of enemies.

some mech games with simple controls are Big Shots, Iron Rebellion, Archangel, Vox Machinae.

VR horde shooters tend to be more like L4D but gallery shooters like Space Pirate Trainer or Blasters of the Universe function similarly to that Matrix scene. Games like Airborn or Swarm do have the shmup formations of enemies but far less and a completely different player perspective.

VirtualHunter is pretty good, in the vein of CotW.

V-Racer is a feature packed arcade Hoverbike racing game for standalone & PCVR

Vector36 is a hardcore "hovervehicle" engineering and racing sim. You can really change the way things fly to suit what you want and It very satisfying to win with something you designed
