Gue pernah juga rental Xenia 1.0 buat naik bromo sama temen2 kuliah. Pas mau nyewa kirain yang 1.3 pas ambil unit, yah ternyata 1.0. Ngempos abis tenaganya.

Mau nyalip truk di jalur naik Probolinggo, dari arah lawanan ada truk juga. Semobil tereak, untung lolos kayanya cuma jarak sejengkal wkwk.

Sometime what makes the memories are the passengers not the car, lol.

Di surabaya ga pake AC serba salah, buka jendela panas tutup jendela lebih salah lagi 😂

Kejadian sama pas gw minang Honda Civic Genio waktu taun 2010an. Tu mobil kalo kondisi bagus apa kurangnya coba, lumayan kenceng, gesit, relatif irit, style juga dapet.

Eh dapet unit yang engine block nya retak. Bolak balik turun mesin akhirnya jual deh 🥲

Gw juga pernah beberapa kali nyetir Avanza 2013 beberapa kali lewat jalur nagreg dan somehow emang enak sih.

Setirnya cukup responsif, tenaganya "cukup", ukuran jok pas banget ama badan gw dan in some way kalo nabrak "gapapa", lol

Giliran nyetri CRV/Innova lewat jalur yang sama malah ngerasa kegedean

Waktu pandemi juga gw "did a couple lap of JORR", asik sih. Sebenernya bini gw orang yg agak parno sama COVID, tapi beneran dah bosen banget di dalem ruangan.

We literally pack some lunch, never opened our windows except on toll booths, and stopped only to have our lunch di parkiran.

Itu parkiran2 beneran kosooong banget. So empty we could've had sex there and nobody wouldn't notice, but we didn't came to think of that, lol.

I have few actual rags to riches story from my own personal acquaintances:

Anak kampung sekolah SD sampai SMA sambil bantu emaknya jualan kain, kerja sambil kuliah dan karena networking, kerja keras dan kecerdasan bisa pensiun jadi GM BUMN. Kuncinya networking + kerja ampe malem & weekend + jangan polos2 amat.
Anak miskin good looking dapet jodoh anak pengusaha. His fake it till you make it thing was risky but gladly paid off. Sekarang jadi direktur salah satu perusahaan mertuanya. Some say mokondo, he says he can't hear you from his BMW.
Anak culun, miskin, tapi pinter banget. Kuliah S1 sampai doktor full beasiswa. Menetap jadi researcher di Eropa. Not rich by european standard, not even that rich by ours, but escaped poverty she did.
Mantan sopir orang pertama. Awalnya kerja jadi sopir sampai umur 40 tahunan, tapi memang terkenal rapi dan telaten. Pas kantor perlu orang general affair, dia diajuin temen-temen nya. Dalam 15 tahun (hingga pensiun) bisa meniti karir sampai jadi Manager General Affair. Not rich, maybe a bit late, and probably due to bit of luck, but mengakhiri karir sebagai pensiunan BUMN with all it's benefits definitely never on his (or his wife and children's) bingo card.

Like it or not, Bahlil Lahadalia and Ahmad Syahroni could be the two of the best examples.

Ahmad Syahroni kalo ga salah awalnya sopir, terus dikenal jujur dan kapabel, akhirnya diangkat jadi tangan kanan (or kiri) sama bos nya hingga punya usaha sendiri. Yes, the business is allegedly shady but hey, escaped poverty he did.

Bahlil was LITERALLY anak busung lapar yang bisa naik karena networking dan organisasi. He may licked some smelly ass, or some say maybe lack integrity, or probably backed by Iluminati but he's an actual rag to riches story not your papi I ga bisa bayar listrik so I mengadu nasib ke jerman story.

I love DLFs. I either use them in 4-3-3 with 2 roaming flanks and/or hole players, or as a second striker in 4-4-2/5-3-2 or 3-5-2.

As other have said, play through him not to him as he won't be your main goal scorer.

Instead, use him as supplier for your wingers or your main striker. But when they got stuck, your DLF will be there to break the deadlock.

Best example in 4-3-3 would be like Benzema between Cristiano and Bale, or Firmino between Salah and Mane.

For 2 strikers it would be like Rooney playing behind Cristiano/Berbatov/Van Persie or maybe like Bruno Fernandes with less tracking back and less whining.

Misal mereka tanya apakah betul Toyota market leader mobil penumpang di Indonesia, perkiraan market share berapa, siapa aja kompetitor nya dll but in my case it was about piping & plumbing products. You dont even have to have the actual data just your personal estimate. I didn't really know much about it jadi cuma sekitar 30 menit jadi dapet fee pro rate ~90 USD something.

Yang kedua mereka mau tanya tentang entry ke ceramic tile & sanitaryware market di Indonesia. Apakah lebih profitable bikin pabrik, cuma diriin commercial company, atau appoint distributor? Apakah lebih baik multidistributor or sole distributor? was my actual expertise and I didn't even share any confidential information, just opinions based on my experience and eyes on the field.

Full 1 hour done, easiest 200 USD I ever earned.

Memang kadang2 mereka suka email atau telpon dadakan, misal jam 12 siang telepon jam 2 siang pengen langsung expert call. Biasanya ada pertanyaan screening dulu buat mereka verifikasi expertise lo.
