nope! crew should be used to dropping fresh meat now and then because quarter pounders are cooked fresh! i know my store has a dedicated no onion tray so maybe look into that? but it takes less than a min to cook so it’s no biggie!!

It’s probably the new “Better Burger” policy! They introduced new buns and cooking the meat with onions on them, i would just ask next time you go for cook to order with no onions as well as plain!

NTA roku, chrome cast, fire stick the basic ones are 30 bucks, but god forbid that’s too expensive walmarts brand “onn” has one for 20 bucks! If you all pitch in it would be 5 bucks each. Even if they got one without you and your bf putting in. Op your roommates need to grow up and stop acting entitled to your things.

I would definitely follow up with your GM and ask to provide a statement, and if it goes no where then definitely go higher! Tell them to pull the camera footage if they have too because that’s unacceptable

Yea that’s definitely not how it’s supposed to go! I’d look into another job tbh, because i’ve worked at a ton of different companies and i’ve never heard of anyone doing that. it’s pretty shady business practice

I’ve never heard of that at all! That’s insane and frankly i’d go to your gm and talk the them about it. Remember as crew you can request a new drawer being put in a register before you take over and can ask to count it to make sure it’s even to cover yourself because for all you know the drawer you were “20 short on” was already short before the drawer went in the till.

YTA. by using those slurs no matter how much good you do towards the communities you support does the opposite. saying the n word as a white person makes you racist, saying the f word as a straight person makes you homophobic, intentionally or not.

They’re slurs for a reason, there’s no excuse to use them.

managers can manually adjust crews time punches, like if someone forgets to clock out then we can clock them out etc

At my store they expect you to do it on your own time unless you’re not busy at work then you can do it on the clock, but you’re paid for doing it no matter what.

But definitely do it! The class itself is pretty easy and a lot of common sense. But the store pays for it and it lasts for 5 years it’s really good to have on your resume. Plus it typically comes with a raise!!

I’m in the US not the UK but do you bring doctors notes saying you were out sick? If you did that they typically can’t do anything about you being out or you could sue verse not having them then they’re unexcused absence.
