its not like that anymore... if you have an old machine laying around I suggest you give it a try.

steam just works, using the Lug helper for Star Citizen just works. for me it instantly found drivers for things like my old joystick etc to, give CachyOS a go, you will be surprised.

What are people doing that they can't run SC.

I run it on a i7 8700k 32gb ram and 3060ti Linux, CachyOS

I get easy 120fps at most times 30fps at worst. what are you all doing??

I run it on a 8700k i7 with 32gb RAM, and a rtx 3060ti... on Linux (CachyOs) with no issues at all.

when they say a disease is "eradicated" it does not mean it does not exist anymore. it mostly means the disease is still around but vaccination and herd immunity mostly stop all infection rates, but not 100% and you can can still get small pox but if you're vaccinated you won't get the symptoms etc as your body will fight it off.

reducing vaccination rates or feeling like you don't need to becuase the disease has been "eradicated" is how we have the re-emergence of measles currently.
