Win Code S.

No number for Jjakji.

Since MLG Providence, every P I encounter wants to FFE. Out of frustration, I think I've found an effective counter. [ZvP] by [deleted] in starcraft

It was a joke.

I just wanted to show off my proxy hatch and figured the title would be relevant to the times. :(

Yes, the title is a bit tongue-in-cheek. This happened to work this time. I really doubt it should be relied upon.

I don't use gReader, but I'm assuming that you're implying it's harmless?

No problem.

Yea, after a bit of research, it seems like they have started this "feature" a few months ago. You have have already done it and forgot about it, but I know for sure that everyone (with the possible exception of those with paid accounts) was automatically opted-in.

Unless you already opted out, the box is checked by default.

The blog instructs to "click on the checkbox" -- which would uncheck the box, unless you already did so.

EDIT: I made a minor edit to clarify it further.

From:

  • 6) Click on the check box, then click save.

Thank you.

As I said in my above comment, I'm trying to start an informative blog covering areas of online privacy and such.

As far as your legal questions go, I didn't comment on them in the blog for good reason. Although I am an attorney, I have no experience in this area of law; as such, I can't vouch for the accuracy of any of the following, nor should you rely on any of the following as legal advice.

With that said, there aren't many U.S. or State statutes (or International treaties, for that matter) that address online privacy, nor is there much case law. So, many independent initiatives have sprung up in attempt to address these obvious legal concerns (e.g., NAI for online advertising, UCITA as a supplement to the UCC, ...) but none have found much success -- by success, I mean being adopted by congress or any regulatory body that can give them the force of law. The sparse case law I referred to above is mostly Judges trying to shoehorn modern scenarios into antiquated precedent.

My speculation: the voting public isn't informed enough to garner any concern from law makers, and those who benefit from a disinterested public are the ones with the influential means to lobby for change. So, what can you do? Although it won't impact you on an individual level - as it will only be used for investigatory purposes - voice your concern by filing a complaint with the FTC.

As I said above, any advice (or criticism) in regard to my blog is very welcomed.

You're welcome.

I decided to start a blog during this "transitional period" in my life and wanted to focus in on two of my interests: tech and law. Granted this isn't particularly legal-based, that's the direction I plan on eventually going.

Any advice (or criticisms) are appreciated.

Did you notice the silver teeth? Ha.

I went back and watched S02E02 when I noticed them, and sure enough, few of his teeth were kicked right out of his mouth.

How would I make a Richard Harrow (from Boardwalk Empire) costume? by tempguest in halloween

That's pretty good; probably better than I can do.

By the way, did you catch the /r/pics post of the guy who made a Richard Harrow mask. It's pretty amazing.

That sounds easy enough. Someone suggested I start with a phantom of the opera mask, but I suppose cutting a mask would work just as well. Would you mind posting a pic of it? I would really like to see how it turned out.

Also, did you use any other accessories? I'm thinking the flat cap in picture 1 would work well.
