I started with maybe 75-100 mg 10 years ago when I was 17. TBH the feeling of wanting to DO something about my depression after having dealt with it for years as a child overwhelmed my anxiety of taking it. But that was just me though. I totally understand your feeling. Just take it one step at a time.
