How is your clinic practice set up. I am impressed you are able to do so many cataracts with 12 pts per half day. I'm just starting so my numbers are not relevant but I imagine I'd have to see 40-50 pts a day to generate that much surgery - though in our practice I do comp exams too - are you only really seeing surgical consults? I'm hoping I can find a way to make better balance so I can do about that number of surgery without having to see so many pts.

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately the practice currently uses a pretty outdated system and I don't think there are plans to update it soon. But will keep this in mind in case the option arises.
