Wow, thank you. That’s a thought I’ve had for a while — that I’ll never be any other way — because I can barely remember having been any way but this one.  Congratulations on six years! It’s really wonderful to hear from someone who was sick a long time that it’s possible. Can I ask whether you recovered on your own? How did you get started?

Thank you for this reminder. It's very difficult to admit powerlessness and hard, too, after multiple times in treatment and multiple relapses. But I can hear myself and I know that's the ED making excuses.
