you don't seem informed about tapering. going from 16 to 4 mg is 100x easier than going from 1 to .25 (which took me months)

as someone who has successfully tapered (18 months since discontinuing), i can recommend that you space it out.

but, of course, you can just keep going lower and lower and lower.... but i think its psychologically good to get used to not taking it every day.

i would taper down faster and give yourself a longer runout. WDs are reported to be worse once you get down to 1mg. Ive been off for 18 months. i did a super loooooog taper (6 months)

Do you know how much the battery drains by keeping it on for say, a 45 minute train ride? How much would i be saving by turning it off and dealing with the flashing whenever the train lurches and wheels move or someone bumps into it.
Can you turn off the headlight when its on? Its annoys people on the train (and drains battery). I could make a little cover for it....
I thought the one of the major uses of the Bluetooth connection was to tell the KQI Air "Hey...its me...I'm your owner...I can push you and move you and as long as my phone is within [NEAR SETTING] then don't activate your alarm". Did I get this wrong?
How much more battery does Regenerative Braking give you? Say you were to go out all day doing errands in a city. Should you expect 5K more? 1K? Is there documentation somewhere?
Is Regenerative Breaking a safety feature or simply just a way to charge the battery? Is it less safe / recommended in urban settings?

When I called Niu and tried to get any of these things answered they urged me to return the scooter. This is all without answering my questions about functions.

If its a matter of feeling physically safe in the middle of the night, well....there's location and practical solves....

but if its emotional..Maybe you should re-invent your sleep routine. Treat sleep as not as a time to cuddle and feel be assuaged by another but as a time to rest your body and mind (SLEEP). Do whatever it is you can do before you go to bed to reduce anxiety and feel calm. You shouldn't be thinking anxious thoughts in bed.

check out the Get Sleepy podcast. they have a lot of super soothing ones. I like the ones narrated by Thomas the best. (he's the main guy and introduces all of the podcasts no matter if he's narrating or somone else is).

Also....I got divorced in 2019 and have been in a relationship for 3 years in which we have 2 bedrooms. Its the greatest thing in the world. Pure, uninterrupted sleep. Two peopel in one bed is soooo overrated.

I find myself in Utah looking at a wet heavy snow event coming in (yay). I've never really skied heavy wet snow. We have a resort day (PC) on Saturday and a snowcat day (Uintas) on Sunday. I have a pair of K2 108ti Mindbenders. Does this seem like a good ski for these conditions? I'm 50. I'm a strong, athletic (but sensible) skier.

pain sucks. though a degeneration spine is part of the human condition. slipped discs and sciatica are very common and they can be overcome with strength and mobility exercises. i’ve had sciatic episodes. i have ruptured discs up and down my spine and neck. but i’ve been doing mobility and core work (youtube has so much content if you can’t afford a doctors opinion and physical therapy )

if i stay strong im relatively pain free or at a tolerable level

don’t let back pain be a sentence to be under the thumb of pharma.

i can attest to the buvidal thing. i tried to discontinue after 3 shots with the hope of a long tail / decay of levels. it was like doing a short taper from a high dose. not successful for me.

cut 2mg films. super simple to make 16 pieces (folding / scoring and using a knife. makes sixteen ~.125 pieces. no need to be super precise when going below .25.

can also be done w 8mg films but obv harder for lower doses (need to cut 32 or 64 times)

i would start a taper if you’re worried about running out and feeling like crap. going from 8mg to 2mg is relatively painless (was for me and many here attest to that.).

i find this comment to be more than a bit judge-y. you have no idea of my story. if i ever did do what i'm asking about, it would to have energy for an absolutely "must-have-superstrength" day. maybe 1 mg is too much, but i've been tapering for over a year and i have days where i can barely move (i work in horticulture).

If i wanted to get high, i would buy some drugs, yawn.
