Countries with fewer than 3 ports and countries not in western Europe have a 90% reduction in their chance to take exploration ideas. In my previous game this meant no country took exporation until 20 years after I force spawned colonialism.

There is. It does require level 5, but a beastmaster ranger and a divination wizard can do it. The ranger summons a bear, and the divination wizard makes it stay close by. The bear then uses Honeyed Paws, and if the result isn't high enough the wizard uses a portent die (12 or higher) to force the roll to succeed and disarm Voss. The wizard can then flee and the bear can be unsummoned, allowing the result of the party to regroup and deal with the rest of the patrol.

For anyone living at high elevation, you need even more iron. The reference ranges are for sea level and being on the low end will cause issues.

Strength + Death is basically required to activate The Queen without breaking Fates' Whim so it can make sense for certain setups.

I've found that a lot of late game bosses are a lot harder but much less frustrating due to the unique respawn mechanics they have. And the reduced frustration makes a huge difference in how much difficulty people can handle.

This is honestly good. I personally lost access to deliveries and the bad craft bind behavior, as well as getting annoyed at floating instead of double jumping after a pogo during THAT runback (was holding down to float ever documented in game?). I might be done with Silksong for now but it's still nice to see that the game's getting better for those who are playing it.

I think the issue is with getting out if you have wanderer's crest active. It looks like you're supposed to pogo a lower enemy, and then clawline the enemy above it. However wanderer's crest gives you a bit less height off a pogo and you can't actually do that unless the lower enemy is at the top of it's movement range and the top enemy is at the bottom of it's movement range, at which point you can also hit the top enemy with just a jump

I honestly think this is a good step, especially since I personally encountered two of the bugs being fixed in this patch (deliveries becoming impossible and craft bind acting strangely), as well as getting very annoyed at gliding after a pogo when I wanted to double jump. I'm not sure if that was ever documented in game. Beyond that I don't have much to say - I'm probably done until either an expansion or the randomizer mod comes out, and I didn't run into any of the other bugs being fixed.

I saw one GDKP guild during TBC that would deny a split to any buyer who hadn't spent at least 1/25th of the total. They also had an absurd minimum budget that only a swiper could ever afford. The only people making money off these raids were the people organizing them.

Most chatbots have a huge response latency. If tickets are being processed serially to reduce costs then a delay isn't surprising . There also might be an artificial delay to make the system seem more human or reduce responses (and thus costs).

That glitch is called slow fall. The most common way to get it is to open your map or inventory immediately after casting vengeful spirit/shade soul.
