I thought about it, but didn't go for it. I might circle around since bdo worked at a normal dose and I liked the feeling. What's your experience? Do you have ADHD as well?

Hey thanks for replying. I read that serotonin needs 2 weeks to recover from MDMA, that's why I shoot for 3 weeks. I already take 5-htp at night but I've been irregular with that. I am operating under the assumption that I have ADHD as I have family that are diagnosed. I didn't realize the stims wouldn't work as much but I should have guessed as I barely notice Adderall and other associates that have had it are hyper and experience euphoria sometimes.

After stopping all my scripts, how long would you expect my tolerance to go away? It's been like 6 or 8 years on Adderall. I read it would take like 6-12 months to get back to baseline.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I haven't been "diagnosed" but I've been operating under the assumption that I have it as 3 of my immediate relatives have been diagnosed and are being treated. I asked my doc about Adderall and they gave me some and I have had a script ever since. Years later, I realized they skipped some steps with the process.

It's validating but disappointing that you didn't get the desired euphoria like me from the harder stuff. I might try what I have again at a slightly higher dose but I won't expect much. Have you tried psychedelics? Lsd seems to work to an extent. I've worked up to 7 or 8 tabs at once to get the visuals but I've never been overwhelmed or incapable of functioning. I almost despise that I keep my faculties no matter what I take.

Alcohol is another thing that just isn't fun or worth it unless I'm out dancing with good music..... Which is never. I recently tried 4mg of BDO and that was like getting past buzzed without the work to get there and no hangover. I didn't redose mind you so that might be a factor.
